We test the operating systems and run the programs so that, when you call, we don’t just walk you through a user manual. You could do that on your own. We’re here to help you find solutions based on our experience and know-how.

What does that mean for you? It means we can help with Windows PCs and Apple computers running Mac OS 10.6 and above. We know about smartphones, like iPhones, Samsung, and HTC. Tablets are on the table, too, from iPads to Kindle to Surface. We even play around with smart TVs – including set-top boxes like Apple TV, Roku and Chromecast.

We’re also experts in the programs that run on those devices. We have a handle on email, calendars and word processing. There are so many ways to edit and share photos. We can help you find the way that works best for you. Using different internet browsers, downloading shows and streaming movies… the list goes on, but we’ll stop here.
